Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all signature red coral tags and authenticity seals remain intact and attached.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the pre-paid courier label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.
Final Inspection and Refund
Once our Neapolitan artisans verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
